Twenty-five years of teaching. And a seat on the other side of the table.
REBOOT began as a mathematics institute in Krishna Nagar and still teaches school students every week. What changed is who else walks through the door — graduates and working teachers building careers in teaching.
Most interview coaching is guesswork about the panel.
Anyone can collect interview questions. What almost nobody outside the system has is the marking sheet — the criteria evaluators actually score against, and the specific answers that quietly lose marks.
Our founder-director has sat on selection panels for PRT, TGT and PGT posts. That is the whole basis of the interview program: not a theory about what panels want, but the experience of having been one.
Everything else follows from twenty-five years of teaching mathematics — which is why the entrance exam program treats the maths paper as the place to win marks rather than the place to survive.

Four things we will not compromise on.
Concepts before formulas
A formula memorised without the idea behind it collapses the moment a question is phrased unfamiliarly. Every topic here starts with why it works.
Diagnosis before remedy
'More practice' is not a teaching strategy. Finding the specific misconception a student is carrying, then correcting that, is.
Rehearsal, not advice
Nobody learns to hold a room by being told how. Demo lessons and mock panels are rehearsed under observation, with a marking sheet.
Say what is actually true
If a program is not right for someone, we say so. A wrong enrolment costs a student a year, and costs us more than the fee was worth.
